Our Journey
2005
The Beginning
Mr. Hu founded XS Pilates with a clear vision: build premium Pilates equipment that lasts. From a 280m² small workshop, our obsession with craftsmanship, innovation, and service laid the foundation for a brand trusted worldwide.
2007
Product Line Expansion
As demand grew, we moved into a 700m² facility and established our own woodworking shop—shifting from outsourced to in-house frame production.
2012
Metal Engineering
In-House
We expanded into a 1,400m² facility and launched our own metal workshop—bringing aluminum processing in-house and enabling multi-material production for advanced reformer builds.
2015
Assembly Line Launched
We launched our first production line, enabling standardized output and large-scale export of full Pilates studio kits across Southeast Asia and beyond.
2016
From Workshop to Factory System
We upgraded to a 4,000m² facility with dedicated lines for wood, upholstery, and metal. This vertical integration allowed full control over fit, finish, and delivery timelines. That same year, we entered the Middle East and Eastern European markets.
2020
150,000m² Facility Launch
We opened a state-of-the-art 150,000m² manufacturing facility, integrating solid wood, metal, and upholstery under one roof. With water-borne finishes and lean processes, we scaled responsibly while elevating the quality our customers expect.
2022
XS Training Academy
We launched the XS Training Academy to offer professional courses and certifications. Beyond making equipment, we invest in the Pilates community - advancing safe practice, maintenance know-how, and instructor development.
2023
Customization at Scale
We introduced large-scale customization across surface finish, frame materials, accessories, and logo branding. XS became an OEM partner of choice for brands in the US, Germany, Australia, and the Middle East.
