MOQs for customized products are typically 50 units, depending on the model. Larger quantities receive better pricing.

4) Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order? What does a sample cost?

Yes. Samples are available. The sample price is usually 1.5-2x the bulk unit price (varies by model). We’ll confirm exact costs with your quote.

5) Can you manufacture according to our design or drawings?

Up to 10-year warranty on reformer frames; other parts are covered for 2 years.

All items are inspected before shipping. If damages occur due to shipping or unpacking at your location, please handle appropriately. For ongoing customers, we can provide replacement parts with your next order.

13) Do you supply spare parts or maintenance kits?

Yes. We can include spare parts in subsequent orders and supply maintenance kits on request.

14) Do you provide technical support or installation guidance?

We offer model-based exclusivity by country/region (subject to volume and market plan). If a distributor holds exclusivity for a specific model in a region, others cannot purchase that model for that region but may purchase other models.
